JOB PURPOSE:
Monitor and facilitate knowledge acquisition and reporting on the effectiveness of programs
and interventions in accomplishing the long-term skills developmental goals
JOB DIMENSIONS:
Organizational Context:
The organization owns and operates Community Malls, supermarket in the Community
Malls and standalone supermarkets in different formats.
The Community Malls are anchored
bysupermarket further surrounded by retailers to complement the needs and requirements
of the local community.
The challenge for this job is to ensure diverse queries and service
requirements are addressed with utmost punctuality to avoid delays that would hamper employee
performance and productivity loss.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Staff Requirements:
1.1 In-house Training delivery as per the calendar.
1.2 Administration of the Learning & Development.
1.3 Following-up and coordinating for the completion of Learning Checklists.
1.4 Monthly training reports.
1.5 Identify training need areas by conducting thorough needs assessments to gauge
training needs.
1.6 Design training programs
1.7 Manage Induction and Orientation
1.8 Conduct In-house Training evaluation through Stores visits as per the business requirement.
1.9 Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations.
1.10 Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant
documentation.
1.11 Administering regular, detailed needs assessments to identify skills gap.
1.12 Coordinating external training as the need arises.
1.13 Monitoring staffs' performance by liaising with line managers and department
heads.
1.14Availing yourself as a sounding board for all employees with the explicit aim of
improving their orientation and training.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Academic and Professional Qualifications
• Minimum: Diploma holder & Training certifications
• Desired: Degree in HR
Professional experience
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role.

1. Thorough understanding of contemporary HR and business procedures.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication.
3. Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.
4. Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.
5. Proficient in complete MS office
6. Excellent communication & presentation skills (Verbal & written).
7. Experience in working with e-learning content development
